The renovation of this 14-story speculative office building offered a variety of challenges:

Challenge #1:
Evaluate an existing leaky glass curtainwall system and recommend corrective work. Architectural Glass & Metals, Inc., findings proved to the architect the economic and aesthetic necessity of creating a new thermally efficient glass wall.

Challenge #2:
Work with the architect and contractors to develop a cost-effective approach to installing new glass and curtainwall on this tight downtown site.

Solution:
An inside-glazed “I-beam” curtainwall from Vistawall met the architect’s performance and aesthetic requirements.
