| Design Team seeks Gold LEED certification for "Green" office building development.
Challenge:
To balance budget, schedule & LEED certification guidelines to achieve a Gold rating for a new 95,000 sf office building development.
Solution:
Architectural Glass & Metals, worked closely with Integrated Architecture to furnish and install LEED appropriate glazing and metal panel materials as integral components of the building shell. Through close association with many of our material suppliers AGM was able to provide critical performance criteria helping Integrated Architecture maximize available points according to the LEED Rating System.
Many of the exterior cladding materials installed on the Market Place building were custom fabricated in our sheet metal shop to accommodate the unique design aesthetic desired by Integrated Architecture and to satisfy LEED requirements for local manufacturing.
Please consider contacting AGM for assistance on your next LEED certified project.
