Architect: Winkelmann Architects
Contractor: Pioneer Inc.

Solution:
Architectural Glass & Metals worked directly with Winkelmann Architects and the Michigan State Historic Preservation Office to determine historic criteria necessary to achieve recommendation for approval to the US Department of Interior. AGM coordinated the development of a pilot window to facilitate the approval process and organized several meetings with TRACO management and the construction team to establish a production and delivery schedule for window fabrication consistent with overall project completion requirements. Multiple products were utilized to address many different size and configuration requirements of existing openings. All operable units were furnished with Class 5 balances, reducing the effective sash weight to 30% of the actual sash weight.
