The insulated and self-supporting characteristics of the roof system created the clearances necessary to allow unobstructed installation for mechanical and electrical systems and necessary thermal performance essential to the overall design.

All work was performed over one of Grand Rapids’ busiest vehicular thoroughfares, East Beltline Avenue, with strictly enforced lane closure parameters.
